**The opportunity**
We have an opportunity for a Head of Transformation Projects to join the AUSPAC Technology Team, reporting to the GM, Technology, Portfolio and Delivery. In this role, you will lead the multi-year Enterprise Transformation Project in the AUSPAC Modernisation. This role will focus on managing transformational initiatives that require collaboration, co-ordination and the delivery within time, budget and aligned to business objectives and outcomes.
**Your new role**
As Head of Transformation Projects, you will be responsible for the delivery of the multi-multi-year Enterprise Transformation project (ETP). You will also:
- Manage the execution and delivery including risk management, 3rd party vendor management and ensure delivery against the program objectives and outcomes
- Lead a team of project resources to effectively deliver including identifying and managing risks and dependencies
- Empower the team, support and mentor the program resource's role modelling QBE's values and leadership capabilities
**About you**
To be successful in this role you will have significant experience in Business Transformation, including Project Management, coupled with relevant:
- Significant experience in Project / Program / Portfolio management for large scale, complex programs of work
- In-depth knowledge and experience in Program Management Execution, including experience in operating with software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Strong leadership to motivate and inspire the team to achieve long term goals
- Experience of working effectively with all levels throughout an organisation including Senior stakeholder management experience
