We are now on the lookout for a **Marketing Reporting Analyst** to join our progressive Marketing Team

This awesome role is responsible for supporting the Marketing team in providing value-add digital and business insights. You will also be a core member in managing data flows, integrity, and solutions for our marketing technology systems.

**Requirements**:
**What we are looking for**:

- A Marketing Insights guru that is passionate about data analysis and highly skilled in dashboarding.
- A person that can provide value-add digital business insights and reporting to our marketing team
- A data geek who has a passion for sport (how good is that)

**With great progression, career development opportunities and the chance to work with the latest digital technology, a normal day in the role of the Marketing Reporting Analyst includes**:

- Analysing and understanding customer behaviour, segments, patterns and journeys
- Providing timely reports to the marketing team for the purposes of tracking and evaluating cutting edge digital marketing activities
- Managing data flows, integrity and solutions for the marketing technology systems
- Assisting with setting targets and objectives for the Marketing team
- Extracting, manipulating and translating data into reports
- Providing insights that help inform strategy to increase revenue / decrease spend an advance business wide projects
- Providing insights and reporting to support internal trading meetings

**But there is a catch. To be in the running for this great role, you should have**:

- A passion for digital marketing
- Previous experience in a similar role with knowledge of statistical analysis and tools
- Strong skills in data visualisation
- Sound proficiency with SQL
- Experience with R or Python is a big plus
- A solid understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- An understanding of customer lifecycle marketing is preferred
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to perform in an autonomous role with a hunger to learn and develop yourself further
