Client Reporting Analyst - Melbourne

The Opportunity

At Toll, we move the businesses that move the world. Toll will manage and deliver a range of services on behalf of the Australian Department of Home Affairs to support Refugee and Humanitarian Visa applicants within the Assisted Passage Program.

In this newly created role, the Client Reporting Analyst will primarily support the Solutions and Design Manager with contractual and operational reporting requirements. This includes scheduled and ad hoc reporting that covers KPIs, core operational outputs and the crafting and publishing of management reporting.

As the Client Reporting Analyst, you will:
- Focus will be on streamlining regular reports and contributing to quarterly Client Status Report.- Analysing data and expanding current customer and internal reports with
close collaboration with processing teams and AMS team.- Supporting the Business Assurance and Supply Chain assurance roles with reporting support that these functions require.- Preparation of Contractual meeting Minutes.- Other duties as required to support the Home Affairs Account

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office suite of products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.- Proficiency in Low-code/No-code tools (Microsoft Power Platform) desired but not essential.- Design, graphics, and formatting expertise (would be an advantage).- Availability to travel interstate and international when and where required.- Capacity to communicate effectively with a wide range of people and diverse personalities and manage highly pressured situations in a demanding environment.- Understanding of Home Affairs structure.
