This role is an exciting opportunity to work within our Group, Portfolio Management and Assurance team. It’s a great way to provide support to the cluster wide portfolio (~400 projects and ~$1,000M). Our mission is to be a trusted customer centric service provider, enabling agencies to deliver personalised digital experiences to NSW and this vacancy will provide a pivotal role in achieving this

**Your responsibilities will include**
- Contributing to the uplift of an iterative rollout of cluster wide benefits realisation practices for a new Benefits Management Framework
- Providing authoritative advice and information to stakeholders on benefits realisation practices and standards in line with the benefits uplift staging across the cluster
- Working closing with the wider team you will be required to create awareness and buy in for adopting the newly developed Benefits Realisation Framework.
- Organise benefits lessons learned to continuously improve methods to realise value capture from initiatives, as well as any further benefit opportunities identified beyond the initiative
- Working with a level of uncertainty and ambiguity under tight timelines, and having the ability to work across multiple initiatives simultaneously
- In addition, the role will support monitoring and reporting for the ongoing realisation of benefits, including realisation risk and issue management

**About you**
- To be successful in the role you would need to demonstrate experience in Benefits Management and Value Mapping in a technology, digital driven environment.
- You should also present with strong project management and workshopping skills
- Managing complex and sensitive discussions with diverse stakeholders, given their varying organisational expectations, initiative viewpoints and competing operational interests
- Strong stakeholder ‘business-side’ engagement and working directly with Executive Teams, Senior Responsible Owners and Corporate Finance.
