We value diversity of experience and anyone who can drive outcomes that deliver value to our customers; DigiRen is a community that enables great work and accelerated learning. **Role Overview**: We are seeking a Principal Cloud Consulting Lead to support the growth of our New South Wales practice. - Minimum 8 years in technology consulting, advisory and/or program leadership roles - Building and growing new business channels; direct and or/via partners. - Identifying and successfully pursuing new customer engagements; and understanding how to transition teams from customer acquisition activities to engagement planning, kick-off and delivery. - Scoping and/or delivering public cloud projects and/or strategic advisory engagements. - Leading matrix teams of internal, customer, and customer partner resources. At DigiRen, Principal Cloud Consulting Leads are senior leaders who help customers define problems and/or opportunities, and then orchestrate the successful delivery of desired outcomes. They build strong relationships and become trusted advisors to both senior technical and business stakeholders. Principal Cloud Consulting Leads work well in ambiguous situations and are passionate about helping customers succeed. They help customers develop strategy, set direction for internal teams and their partner ecosystem, and enable our customer cloud programs to achieve full value realisation. As a DigiRen Principal Cloud Consulting Lead, you will join an inclusive and welcoming team of Cloud leaders who are among the best in the business. **Position Responsibilities**: As a Principal Cloud Consulting Lead at DigiRen, you will: - Be actively involved in supporting and improving our new business channels and routes to market, owning the engagement lifecycle from sales through to resource management and delivery. - Lead DigiRen engagements autonomously; aligning our business to ensure we deliver quality results towards the customer target outcomes. - Engage deeply with C-level executives to define and execute enterprise-wide transformation programs that adopt hyperscale cloud, becoming the “trusted advisor”. - Support the development of others within the DigiRen team. - Be a leader and builder in our business and help us collectively “hold the line” ensuring a high quality of work in everything we do, including strengthening and improving our advisory artefacts and methodologies, contributing to thought leadership and supporting go to market activities. **Requirements**: - Demonstrated (10+ years) career success in technology, ideally in cloud program management, delivering business outcomes in enterprise environments. - Experience driving discussions with senior customer stakeholders regarding trade-offs, best practices, project management and risk mitigation. - Proven ability to perform matrixed leadership in complex environments, and work across enterprise architecture, transformation strategy, enterprise governance and other transformation domains. - Advanced communication skills and presence, with a high degree of competency speaking with Executives, IT Management, Developers, and business leaders. - Current AWS Cloud Practitioner or Azure Fundamentals certifications, or ability to complete within six months. - Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency. - Ability to travel to client locations within Australia when needed. - Baseline or NV1 Security Clearance would be advantageous. **Benefits** DigiRen is an equal opportunity employer.
