The Program Coordinator will have the primary focus on developing, planning and coordinating with the PMO team to help manage and support the successful delivery of the program. They will ensure the department's business processes and systems enbale staff to meet business objectivies. The Program Coordinator will play a critical role in the successful deliery of major Housing Strategy initiatives across Service Delivery.

The business-led programmes within Service Delivery contributes to the Queensland Housing Strategy 2017-2027, a 10-year framework driving key reforms and targeed investment across the entire housing continumm. the programmes support transformation change in the way we engage with our customers, client agencies, the community and service providers, manage our resources, and deliver on our services.

**Job Details**:

- Coordinating project artefacts and Project delivery and reporting.
- Supporting the day-to-day coordination of the Program.
- Coordinate Program and Project information including processes and procedures.
- Maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Supporting procurement and sprint processes.
- Administering documentation and drafting reports.

**Knowledge and Skills required**:
- 4 Years of PMO Experience
- 4 years experience in program or project delivery
- Demonstrated project delivery in a project support function.
- Ability to work autonomously under broad direction and exercise sound judgement in most situations.
- Well-developed time management skills with the ability to plan workload
- Proficency in Microsoft Office Suite
