The Role:
As the Program Coordinator, you will provide high-level secretariat and coordination support to the Program Director, managing governance, stakeholder engagement, and internal communications to ensure the successful delivery of program objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate governance activities, meetings, and program documentation with precision.
- Manage senior leader calendars, prepare agendas, draft minutes, and handle meeting logistics.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and foster collaborative team environments.
- Oversee onboarding activities and support communication and training efforts.
- Maintain program documentation aligned with organisational policies.
- Support continuous improvement of systems and processes related to digital platform adoption.
- Draft reports and briefing notes to inform program decisions.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience delivering change initiatives within multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong organisational and document management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 and experience with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics.
- Ability to coordinate and manage diverse teams in an Agile environment.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on stakeholder engagement and active listening.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK) and financial management is advantageous.
- Relevant qualifications in project management or business administration are desirable.
