Our Client:

The Role:

As the Program Coordinator, you will provide high-level secretariat and coordination support to the Program Director, managing governance, stakeholder engagement, and internal communications to ensure the successful delivery of program objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate governance activities, meetings, and program documentation with precision.
  • Manage senior leader calendars, prepare agendas, draft minutes, and handle meeting logistics.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and foster collaborative team environments.
  • Oversee onboarding activities and support communication and training efforts.
  • Maintain program documentation aligned with organisational policies.
  • Support continuous improvement of systems and processes related to digital platform adoption.
  • Draft reports and briefing notes to inform program decisions.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience delivering change initiatives within multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Strong organisational and document management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 and experience with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Ability to coordinate and manage diverse teams in an Agile environment.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on stakeholder engagement and active listening.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK) and financial management is advantageous.
  • Relevant qualifications in project management or business administration are desirable.
