**The Opportunity**:
We currently have a permanent opportunity available for a National Payroll Manager to join our team in Brisbane.
As the National Payroll Manager you'll be an integral member of our Global People & Culture, Reward team. The National Payroll Manager is responsible for overseeing our Australia based payroll team.
Some of your main responsibilities will be;
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries, super and other payroll payments.
- Administration of all related payroll activities including reporting and record keeping.
- High-level organisational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- knowledge of and interpretation of legislation which directly affects the payroll function e.g., tax ,super, long service leave.
- Managing the payroll team.
- Continuous improvement of the payroll team and its processes.
- Coaching and development of the payroll team.
**About you**:
- Previous experience in Payroll Processing with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
- Managerial or supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and relevant legislative requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Collaborate as part of a firm-wide team.
