You will have the ability to help shape the way payroll integrates throughout the business

This role will complete the payroll services for approximately twenty clients in the business. In addition, the practical understanding gained from working with clients will be utilised in developing a process covering real estate agency employment agreements, staff onboarding and payroll. This payroll solution will then be tested and rolled out to the wider business network on a national level.

**About the role**:

- Complete the payroll processing for approximately twenty RWAS clients on a fortnightly basis
- Working closely with the team to support day to day payroll functions including process improvement and problem solving.
- Design and build an end-to-end process covering real estate agency employment agreements, staff onboarding and payroll.
- Test the software solution to enable this process including the use of VaultRE and Xero Payroll plus scoping and implementing a staff onboarding platform.
- Pilot this solution across a small number of offices and then support the roll out to the Ray White network.
- Create a payroll and employment training program.
- Providing support to the Profit team with more advanced payroll tasks and queries.
- Set up and maintain employee records, ensuring that there is a clear audit trail for all data changes.
- First point of contact to resolve any payroll related queries, building relationships and responding in a timely manner.
- Work with the HR team process employee related changes, payroll adjustments, correspondence, onboarding/offboarding etc.
- Payroll reporting, reconciliations, and end of year processing.

About you: *
- End to end payroll experience, with exposure to multiple systems and softwares.
- You have a hands-on approach to strengthen and enhance the payroll function.
- You have excellent payroll knowledge and the ability to work across variety of Awards.
- Capability in Payroll system implementation and associated policy and process establishment.
- Core payroll understanding and processing skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Relationship building skills with the ability to liaise with internal team members.
- An ability to adapt to an evolving role with enthusiasm.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
