IES Stormwater Pty Ltd trading as Ocean Protect
commenced operation in 2001.
Our focus is to help protect Australia’s waterways,
estuaries, coastlines, and marine life from the
harmful impacts of urban stormwater. As
urbanisation increases stormwater flows and
contributes to waterway scouring and pollution,

With offices in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and
satellite locations in Adelaide and Hobart, Ocean
Protect has a vast national reach as well as
extensive high-volume production capabilities.
We provide support and education to councils,
engineers and developers on how best to meet their
stormwater quality and quantity requirements. We
supply cutting-edge products that meet Australia’s
most stringent requirements. We also specialise in
the storage of one of the earth’s most precious
commodities - water. Through our experienced team
and diverse range of products and services, we can
cover our clients’ needs from every angle.

Assisting with the preparation of quotations, sales reports and proposals
Reviewing civil/stormwater drawings and liaising with the internal engineering team
Handling customer/account inquiries and requests, following up promptly and efficiently
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales data in our CRM system
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service and order fulfilment
Providing general office support as needed, such as answering phones and managing incoming
correspondence

**Description**
The purpose of this role is to support our NSW & ACT sales team and ensure the smooth running of our
day-to-day sales operations. Based in our new Condell Park, NSW office, this position offers an exciting
opportunity to be part of a dynamic, growing organisation with strong career development potential.
**Responsibilities**
3+ years of experience in an internal sales administrator or customer service role

**Skills**:Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise
effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
Ability to work independently and in a fast paced team environment
Ability to handle a high number of incoming calls
Can-do attitude with a solutions based approach
**How We Work**
The work is primarily office-based, although travel to sites may be required from time to time. After
successful completion of the 6-month probation period and necessary training, Ocean Protect
encourages a flexible working environment that allows staff to work part of the week from their
place of choice.
Ocean Protect over the years has undergone significant growth and expansion. As an important
member of a small and highly skilled team, you will have the drive and commitment to “make it
happen” working closely with the company’s team, industry partners and internal engineering
personnel.
