Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role located in Sydney, NSW for a Sales Intern. The Sales Intern will be responsible for assisting with market research, supporting marketing strategy development, handling customer service inquiries, and facilitating communication between different departments. The intern will also help with sales activities and overall marketing initiatives to support the company's growth and compliance objectives.
It's a contracted internship, with a minimum of three months. The first month of the intern will be unpaid.
What you will learn:
- How OTC liquidity, on/off-ramps, and settlement actually work.
- AML/CTF basics (risk-based controls, KYC/KYB, monitoring) in a real product.
- Startup go-to-market: from zero → repeatable motion.
Qualifications:
- Strong curiosity about crypto/fintech and comfortable speaking with customers
- Experience with Market Research and Sales
- Knowledge of Marketing Strategy development
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proactive and eager to learn about the crypto and fiat liquidity and settlement industry
