**The Company**

One of the pioneers in the Large Scale Commercial solar space, the company has been delivering market leading projects since its inception in 2012. Offering more than just design and construct, they also have a significant asset management function with a portfolio of 1,600 sites currently.

Dedicated in house project management an engineering teams allow for a wholistic and custom approach to the individual needs of their clients, and have seen them deliver projects for some of the largest brands in Australia.

**The Role**

The Program Head role involves the delivery of large scale bespoke solar projects across ground mount, single access trackers, hybrid, storage, off grid, car shading and HV projects. Leading, managing and developing a team of project managers, engineers and coordinators, the Program Head will be responsible for delivery and profitability of all projects within the portfolio.

Oversight of risk management, incident and dispute management, development of technical scopes, performance reporting along with managing client expectations and satisfaction are all key functions of the role.

Demonstrated team leadership and management skills will be essential. Along with keen workflow process development skills and the ability to manage and report on department budgets will be necessary to fulfil the role’s requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the safe and successful delivery of all projects in a program;
- Responsible for profitability of portfolio and internal budget allocation;
- Leading a team of project managers, engineers and coordinators, including resource management and allocation;
- Development and continuous improvement of the workflow processes,
- Development and continuous improvement of performance reports for team, including financial and resource management reporting,
- Direct project management delivery where required,
- First point of escalation for incidents or disputes.
- Management of program risks;
- Technical scope finalisation either post or pre sales including failure mode analysis where required for hybrid systems.

Mostly onsite but hybrid flexible role. Lucrative salary + quarterly bonus package.
