Job Description
Head of Primary Learning
We're working with a growing, well-resourced education provider seeking a Head of Primary Learning to lead their academic programs. This is a strategic leadership role focused on scaling operations, improving student outcomes, and overseeing curriculum design and delivery across both in-person and digital channels.

Key Areas Of Responsibility Include

  • Designing and managing 'Primary Learning' programs aligned with curriculum and assessment standards
  • Leading a team of educators and operational staff
  • Overseeing delivery of classroom and digital content (via LMS)
  • Owning department-level planning, operations, and budget
  • Partnering with internal teams on product, tech, and enrolment strategy

What We're Looking For

  • Background in education (preferably primary) with strong understanding of the Australian curriculum
  • Proven leadership experience in an academic or commercial education setting
  • Track record of improving learning outcomes and delivering high-quality programs
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, outcomes-driven environment

This is a hands-on leadership role with clear growth opportunity and influence across the wider organisation. Suitable for a senior educator or curriculum lead looking to step into a broader role with strategic and commercial oversight.
