**The Role**
The Head of HR Programs will work closely with the Chief People Officer and initially the focus of the role will be on accelerating the delivery of critical initiatives and programs to build the foundation for change and transformation. The role will collaborate with the People Leadership team where there is alignment with their work, to manage the execution and delivery of these programs of work.

**Initially the priorities will be**:
the renewal of our remuneration framework for senior staff
acceleration of talent management for the top 150 staff
the people systems roadmap
key policy updates.

**The Criteria**
Successful track record as a senior Business Partner in a mature HR function, delivering “business” improvement and leadership accountability.
Successful leadership (direct and matrix) of professional and administrative staff in a fast-paced complex environment
Comprehensive knowledge of contemporary HR Information Systems, HR data management, analytics and reporting.
Demonstrated knowledge of relevant HR best practise and thought leadership
