We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment-centred Account Manager for ongoing work within our team in Mount Pleasant, Perth. This position is perfect for those in recruitment looking to move into a role with more focus on controlling & growing their desk.
- **$**80-90k **PER Annum + Super - Full Time.**:

- **Monday to Friday - Flexibility for Occasional Working from Home.**
- **Working with a Friendly & Dynamic Team.**

**The role will consist of the following**:

- Actioning of onboarding through mobilisation software’s - Enable, INX etc.
- Business Development - Building new business relationships and fostering existing.
- Usage of programs to meet onboarding requirements - PEM portals, Referoo, VEVO checks, JobAdder.
- Minimum 2 years in a Recruitment & Mobilisation position - Both Blue & White-Collar experience preferred.
- Experience in Business Development - Desired.
- A people-oriented mindset with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A proactive approach with a strong desire to achieve results.
- Computer Literacy.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol Test.
