We are looking for an Operations and Training 'guru' with multi-site experience in the Hospitality Industry to join us as a Franchise Support Trainer for The Coffee Club. _

**Who are we?**

The Coffee Club (TCC) is an iconic Australian hospitality franchise and part of the Minor DKL Food Group. We have been bringing families and friends together with good food, great service and of course, excellent coffee for over 30 years, and now have more than 400 stores across Australia, New Zealand, Thailand and other international locations - with more on the way

**What is the Role?**

This role will see you will inspire, train and coach The Coffee Club's franchise and support the learning and development framework. A wonderful opportunity to impart your hospitality experience to business owners in the brand, ensuring they are capable of delivering and training their own staff in; Good Food, Excellent Coffee, Service and Management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Along with a team, effectively train the New Franchise Training program, uplifting the operational standards in stores;
- Deliver the requirements of The Coffee Club's Learning and Development program;
- Support new store openings and store handovers across the country;
- Coach internal stakeholders to improve their skills and knowledge of The Coffee Club standards and procedures.

**Required Skills & Knowledge**:
You should have extensive Front & Back of House Hospitality experience, as well as Management Operations, with a passion for Training and Operations Excellence.
- **The Coffee Club Store Leader Certification is highly regarded;**:

- 2+ years experience within a Hospitality training role;
- A passion for training others and a belief that you can make a difference; with a focus on continual improvement;
- Demonstrated strong and positive leadership skills underpinned by the recognition of the value of our people to our business;
- Effective communication and excellent customer service skills;
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate;
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate;
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment or relevant tertiary qualification highly regarded.
