**Your new role**
As the Franchise Marketing Coordinator, you will be a part of a close knit team who enjoy the interactions of working daily in this fun, jovial office environment. You will be tasked with providing Local Area Marketing for this franchise brand working directly with the Franchise Owners creating micro marketing plans, providing them with support on advertising and assisting them in building communities for individual branches. You will also be tasked as needed with occasional store visits mainly close by within the state and a pool vehicle is available that you can use for these. You will also get involved and present (digitally and in person) at internal workshops & conferences giving updates to Franchise Owners. As well as this, you will be tasked with more generalist tasks supporting the wider Marketing Team perhaps assisting with creative tasks supporting the management of the brand.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role, it is preferred that you have:

- 4+ years' experience within Marketing,
- Are a confident communicator
- A drivers licence in order to commute occasionally to stores,
- Previous marketing or admin work experience in franchise is highly desirable
- Looking for a self-starter who enjoys being creative
