The Sarina Russo Institute (SRI), a division of the Sarina Russo Group, has established itself as an industry leader in education, training, recruitment, and job creation. We deliver industry focused accredited and non-accredited training, mentoring and job placement services.

SRI is looking for an experienced, passionate, and qualified Trainer to deliver and assess
**CHC33021 Certificate III Individual Support (Ageing, Disability)** in a classroom setting from our Brisbane Campus.

This is a casual role working Monday to Friday from approximately 15 -30 hours per week.

**Essential Experience and Qualifications**
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) qualification TAE40110 and willing to upgrade to the TAE40116
- Hold a current Certificate III or above in Individual Support (Ageing, Disability).
- Have completed the TAELLN 411 ‘Address Adult Language, Literacy And Numeracy Skills’ & TAEASS502 ‘Design and Develop Assessment Tools’
- Experience working as a Trainer and Assessor in a similar capacity.
- Current relevant experience working in the aged care/individual support industry.
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
- Hold a current Queensland driver’s license.

**You should be able to demonstrate the following skills**:

- Energetic and dynamic, with the ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Dynamic trainer with the ability to engage all learner types and levels including international students.
- Able to follow policies & procedure, and fulfil compliance requirements as directed by the RTO.
- Self-directed with good time management skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs & experience using Learning Management Systems.
- Professional presentation.
