What You’ll Do:

- Provide in-home or community-based support for people with disabilities, tailored to each individual’s NDIS plan.
- Assist with daily living tasks, personal care, social activities, and transport.
- Encourage independence and positive participation in daily life.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and NDIS stakeholders.
- Manage your own schedule and client list, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Aged Care, or Individual Support (or equivalent).
- Minimum 6 months experience in disability support or related field.
- Valid NSW driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- National Police Check and Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- A passion for providing high-quality, person-centred care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- An Australia Business Number - ABN.
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual, Contract
Contract length: 12-72 months

Pay: $67.00 - $170.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week
