The purpose of this role is to provide data entry support through accounts payable to enable EML to achieve compliance with the Key Performance Indicators.

This will be a permanent, full-time position based in the Adelaide office, with flexibility to work from home post training.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure service provider payments and medical reimbursements are keyed accurately within required timeframes
- Analyse data to identify the correct claim to complete data entry and whether the account is a duplicate
- Skilled at managing administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records in a high-volume environment.
- Confident in liaising with a variety of stakeholders, providing clear and accurate assistance

ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience in data entry with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Accounts payable/receivable experience would be advantageous
- Exceptional ability to identify and correct errors, ensuring precision in all tasks.
- Effectively manage and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing outstanding service to clients.
