**We’re looking for a proactive Claims Advisor to manage a portfolio of personal injury claims.**

If you’re organised, customer-focused, and ready to make a difference by resolving claims efficiently and compliantly, this role could be for you.

**What you’ll do**
- Offer the most exceptional customer service
- Manage personal injury claims from lodgement through to resolution, ensuring compliance with legislative and procedural guidelines.
- Engage with claimants, solicitors, and service providers to negotiate and resolve pre-proceedings and litigated claims.
- Collaborate with Injury Management Advisors, Technical Advisors, and internal teams like Fraud and Recoveries to develop effective claim strategies.
- Review medical, financial, and investigative reports to assess claim progress and costs.
- Maintain accurate, proactive file management to meet timeframes and organisational standards.
- Use delegated authority to make timely decisions aligned with claim outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve claims processes and participate in continuous professional development.
- Support and contribute to a positive team environment through knowledge sharing and active participation.

**What you’ll bring**
- Experience managing personal injury or similar claims.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage time effectively.
- Customer-focused approach with empathy and professionalism.
- Relevant qualifications such as Cert IV in Personal Injury Management, or related insurance or business qualifications are desirable.
