We are seeking a Claims Support Officer to join our friendly and supportive team on a 12-month parental leave contract basis.
**About the role**
- Supporting our Case Managers with claims administrative tasks to ensure they deliver outstanding service to our customers
- Efficiently managing applicable work queue to ensure all actions are completed within timeframes
- Accurate processing of claim payments to ensure no duplication
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and contributing to the development of best practices
- Working with a team of passionate professionals committed to making a difference
**About you**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first approach
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing demands
- Familiarity with MS Office Products
- Strong work ethic and proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
