**Job Description Summary**

The AR Officers are responsible for generating the receivables invoices and billings and recording the receipt of the payment to clear the outstanding arrears.

**About the role**:
As an Accounts Receivable Clerk within the Finance Service Centre (FSC) at Cushman & Wakefield, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality financial services to both internal and external stakeholders. Based in Melbourne and reporting to the AR/AP Team Manager, you will be responsible for receipting payments, generating invoices, and maintaining accurate records of receivables across corporate and client accounts.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Downloading and processing daily bank statements.
- Coding and receipting payments for corporate and client accounts.
- Investigating and escalating unidentified receipts.
- Generating invoices through manual requests, tenant recharge billing, and recurring rent rolls.
- Producing monthly and ad hoc statements of account.
- Ensuring compliance with internal control structures and financial regulations.

**About you**:

- Minimum 1 years’ experience in an Accounts Receivable role.
- Experience with JDE Accounts Receivable (preferred but not required).
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of systems and data integrity.
