Reporting to** Consumer Guarantee's & Compliance Manager**, your main responsibilities will include;
- Respond to online and telephone Customer Contacts with Snooze
- Use of internal system Zendesk to communicate with potential and existing customers who contact Snooze via our website
- Respond to phone calls that are received on the 1800 customer service number
- Liaise with the manager for any clarification or assistance that may be required
- Liaise with other teams within the Support Centre and Stores as may be required
- Comply with all legislation regarding Consumer Law; supported by the completion of training modules on SCOPE
- Keep up to date with information and notices circulated by various Support Centre Teams which are made available on SCOPE
- Ad hoc duties as required

You will have previous experience in a similar role with a working knowledge of retail operations and customer service. You will have a keen eye for detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills and be task-focused.
