
Technical Account Manager

This role is the best of both worlds you'll get to partner with your clients and focus on building relationships but also work closely with a highly skilled technical team. You're going to head into your clients and find out what they are all about, understand their processes and then review the ways in which business insights and work management platforms could help them achieve their goals. You then get to take that knowledge and work with the Tech team so they have all the detail they need to make a tailored solution for each client for your to see through to delivery with your client.
There is a lot of variety to this role, you'll work on multiple projects and work specialist consultancies, retail and hi-spec manufacturers, all whilst being backed by an advanced technical team.
In this role will need you to understand work management platforms, Business insights or have experience selling technology products. Your passion for technology solutions will see you enjoy success in this rapidly growing team.
