**Role**
Do you have experience working in SME’s within the ICT area? Are you looking for a technical role where your skills and experience will be utilised and help you make a difference? This role is for you

As an IT generalist, you will utilise your vast array of knowledge and analytical skills to be at the forefront of leading technical designs. Your ideas will assist clients to use IT more efficiently to improve their processes and profitability.

**You**
Below competencies required:

- Relevant foundation level industry-relevant certifications ITIL, Cisco, Fortinet, Microsoft, AWS
- Working knowledge of current software, security, and cloud infrastructure with a security focussed mindset
- Experience working with external stakeholders and account management essential for this role
- Experience working in Small to Medium enterprises within technology
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and deliver within assigned time constraints
- Excellent communication skills with a client-centric attitude
- Current driver’s license and vehicle for transport essential for this position
- On-call and after-hours required for this position (additional compensation as required)
