
Administration Executive

Our client, a multinational electronics company based in Bankstown, are looking for an experienced Administration Executive within the warehousing and logistics industry. Work for one of the world's leading electronics brand.
**DUTIES**:
- Greet clients
- Planning and scheduling meetings, office events and interviews
- Travel arrangement bookings
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Reviewing and planning ways to streamline administrative processes
- Ensuring that all administrative activities adhere to the company policies and guidelines
- Company asset management
- Transportation management (manage company car)
- Supervising office maintenance and renovation activities
**EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Experience in similar role (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- High attention to detail
- Must be Australian resident or citizen
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $51,248.93 - $85,209.21 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
