Nexa Accountants is an accounting/tax agent firm in Brunswick, Victoria. The firm core services include taxation, business advisory, business & strategic planning and SMFS working with individual, SMEs, trusts and company structures. We work with helping small and medium-sized businesses to help them achieve their full potential with comprehensive financial and accounting services. As our business is rapidly growing, we’re looking for individuals to join our team and make a difference in our organization and for our customers.

We are currently seeking to add another valued member into our team. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to grow and develop the necessary skills in order to succeed within the accounting industry.

**Responsibilities**
- Your role will be to support the existing accounting team by managing office administration and delivery of high-quality secretarial services
- Reception phone support
- Archiving
- Administration tasks including amenities and stationary orders
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks (Accounts Payable & Receivable)
- Debtors management
- Manage appointments
- Performing any other ad-hoc duties as needed
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Experience in accounts payable/receivable function, preferred but not crucial
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to speak Mandarin/Cantonese (desirable)
- Exposure to the accounting field (desirable)
- A team player, flexible, and have the initiative to learn
- Critical thinking and “on the spot” problem solving abilities
- Attention to detail
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, yet friendly environment.
