An opportunity exists for an Administration Coordinator with exemplary communication and organisational skills to join us in the Brunswick office on full time basis.
**About the role**
You will report to the Site Manager but will work alongside all team members. Responsibilities include:
- Manage and coordinate incoming digital and physical correspondence to appropriate departments
- Coordinate meetings and resources
- Record and distribute Meetings Minutes
- Manage Office Supplies and monitor stock levels
- Assist in coordinating supplies as needed for Riverlink services and events
- Act as the first point of contact in the office, and direct visitors/calls to appropriate staff
- Provide HR administrative support (eg. Onboarding, checks, follow-ups)
- Provide Operations administrative support (eg. Rostering, maintenance)
- Participate and support Riverlink to follow WHS guidelines and procedures
- Manage Maintenance & Hazard requests
- Update & maintain various general admin registers including but not limited to, compliments & complaints, Continuous Improvement, maintenance
- Update & maintain general admin records including but not limited to insurance, WHS (fire & first aid), resources (keys & IT)
- Act as the point of contact with external providers (ie. Maintenance, IT, Phone)
- Provide administration support with reviewing and updating documents/templates
- Ad hoc duties as requested by management
**About you**

- Previous experience in an administration role (2years +)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with technical equipment & online information systems
- NDIS Workers Check clearance - Mandatory
- Employee Working With Children Check Clearance - Mandatory
- Covid-19 Vaccination certificate - Mandatory
- Australian Drivers’ License
- Mandatory
- Previous experience in the disability industry is preferred, but no essential
- Certificate IV in Business Administration is preferred, but not essential
**Job Types**: Casual, Part-time, Permanent, Full-time
**Salary**: $41,574.18 - $65,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

- Brunswick, VIC 3056: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Office administration: 1 year (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 38 per week
**Salary**: $21.32 - $38.04 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
