**The Role**

An opportunity has arisen for an Administration Support Officer in our Brunswick showroom to assist with a variety of administration tasks throughout the company. Supporting all areas of the business including accounts and management, you will play an integral part in ensuring the day to day administration requirements of the business are met.

Reporting to the management team, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Assisting with accounts data entry
- Replying to general information requests with accurate responses
- Update companies database
- Provide administrative support to management and other staff
- Prepare general documentation using Microsoft office products
- All other ad hoc administration

- Superstar level data entry (accuracy and attention to detail is a must)

This role has the potential to develop into a significant administration role for the right applicant. The successful applicant will have proven administration experience, a mature attitude, a proactive, friendly approach and a strong work ethic. Your communication skills will be of a high calibre, allowing you to communicate at all levels effectively. Critical also is the ability to work autonomously, multitask and work to deadlines. Microsoft Office skills are required.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 2 years (preferred)
- Administration: 2 years (preferred)
