**The Role**

As our Internal Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in shaping efex' future workforce. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and the People & Culture team to deliver seamless, high-quality recruitment experiences across our national network.

In this role, you’ll:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles - from technical and sales to corporate functions
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding team needs and business priorities
- Write compelling job ads that reflect our tone and culture
- Source talent through LinkedIn, Seek, referrals, and creative channels
- Partner with the broader P&C team to continuously improve our recruitment process

**What We’re Looking For**

- Proven experience in internal recruitment or agency recruitment (ideally within tech, sales, or professional services)
- Strong communication skills and a people-first approach
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities across different locations
- A proactive mindset - someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do
- A genuine interest in connecting people with meaningful work
