You'll run a.NET development perm desk, breaking into clients, increasing clients
- quality of hire_ and working with hiring managers on a retained basis. You've got this, with a little mentoring.

What we're offering in return is a chance to take over an established desk. Leverage internal resources, including the Founder, trainers and a resourcer to help you be more successful.
