Right now, we are seeking an **International Healthcare Recruitment Lead **to join our healthcare and community team. This role will have a key focus on leading and managing the international recruitment for the division which is made up of 10 agencies. **About The Role** The role requires high-level attention to detail, organisation and drive, as well as the ability to positively build and maintain relationships with both international and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for: - Managing the delivery of recruitment activities in a range of international markets - Provide market analysis to assist with strategic direction of recruitment activities and help establish emerging regions for talent - Assist in the development and implementation of international recruitment campaigns - Develop and sustain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders - Identify, train, and manage an effective group of International Recruitment Consultants - Work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop sustainable marketing communications, channels, and any other materials - Participating in the formulation, implementation, and review of effective Human Resource policy and procedures **About You** You will be a self-starter with exceptional communication skills, and a drive to deliver results. You will be knowledgeable in the international recruitment space and dedicated to the role. You will also have: - Qualifications in a relevant field (HR training, Workplace Assessment, etc.) highly regarded - Significant experience in international recruitment within the healthcare sector is highly desirable - Ability to multi-task and work in a high volume, fast-paced environment - Knowledge of: - Sponsorship requirements - Required skills assessments within the healthcare sector (ANMAC, KAPS, CAOP etc.) - Applicable visas and working requirements (WHV, training visa) Please note this role can be based in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne, and has flexible working arrangements available. **How To Apply** If this sounds like an exciting opportunity and a great fit for you, we want to hear from you Click 'APPLY NOW'.
