The Role

As our Internal Recruiter, you'll play a key role in shaping efex' future workforce. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and the People & Culture team to deliver seamless, high-quality recruitment experiences across our national network.

In this role, you'll:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles – from technical and sales to corporate functions
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding team needs and business priorities
  • Write compelling job ads that reflect our tone and culture
  • Source talent through LinkedIn, Seek, referrals, and creative channels
  • Screen and coordinate interviews, ensuring every candidate has a great experience
  • Partner with the broader P&C team to continuously improve our recruitment process

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in internal recruitment or agency recruitment (ideally within tech, sales, or professional services)
  • Strong communication skills and a people-first approach
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities across different locations
  • A proactive mindset – someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do
  • A genuine interest in connecting people with meaningful work
