**About The Company**

A fashion brand with a massive following nationally and internationally which has been growing YOY, supported by great product, marketing and global super stars endorsing the brand. They are building now for what's set to be a big year with new store openings in Australia and overseas along with exciting new products set for release.

**About The Role**

With a massive budget allocated to social media and search marketing there is an opportunity for an experienced marketer to join the digital team. Take a lead role in building out an effective paid media strategy across multiple channels and manage & optimise campaign performance. If you're after a role where you can let loose, get creative and try new things then this is the place for you. The manager is really after someone with a real passion for what they do, if you enjoy fashion and social we really want to speak with you about joining this amazing team.

**What's The Gig?**
- Plan and develop marketing strategy (Search and Social Media)
- Set up and management of campaigns, Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc
- Generating and presenting reports to internal stakeholders (aka, the owners)
- Working with the greater team on delivery of content and website development
- Ongoing testing and research to improve campaign performance
- Analyse customer and campaign data to help identify trends and opportunities for improvement

**What We're After**
- Experience in a similar position with responsibility for strategy and implementation
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Hands on experience with the business end of paid advertising on the platforms mentioned above - Google Ad's Facebook Ads Manager, etc..
- An understanding of the fashion world would be great, even better if you have commercial experience working in fashion
- An ability to work as part of a team, this is particularly important as team culture is a big focus
- Driven personality with the ability to take initiative (you will be given a lot of freedom in the role)
