Aston Carter's Client, a Global leader in the Technology space, is looking for an ECommece Marketplace Manager to join the team. The eCommerce Marketplace Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end operations and delivering profitable growth on the client's marketplace stores on eBay Australia

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Deliver business goals against revenue, unit, margin and customer satisfaction targets by developing end-to-end sales and marketing plans that align to global launches and local seasonal beats. Coordinate plans with marketplaces, and Store teams including but not limited to category management, planning, supply chain, CSS, Procurement, Privacy, Legal.
- Develop and execute a customized go-to-market plan through strong partnerships with the marketplace teams, to create the best customer experience.
- Develop deep business and customer insights based on triangulation of data across our sales and marketing touchpoints, web reporting data and end-customer research & feedback. Share insights with key stakeholders of the clients stores team to influence product and sales strategies.
- Be the voice of the customer to resolve any customer issues, through partnership with the required teams.
- Lead the partnership with the marketplace partner and drive a joint sales plan resulting in marketplace providing additional trade traffic and marketing assets to drive discoverability and visibility to Client Store.
- Leverage the marketplace marketing tools and data analytic platforms to understand customer purchase behavior, persona, trends to determine monthly plans.
- Develop premium experience on Marketplace - that represents the brand and storytelling for our products and services.
