Our client is one of the oldest family-owned skincare companies in the world & they're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team.
THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Digital & Brand Marketing Manager, the main responsibilities include the following:

- Evolve and deliver impactful integrated digital plans and a complete omni-channel experience that drives behaviour change, optimisation, category/brand growth and transformation
- Manage and maintain all digital channels including websites and digital properties including CRM, review and referral platforms
- Adopt a “test & learn” approach to ensure that the business continues to innovate with new techniques and performance strategies
- Continuously improve on performance metrics that contribute toward organisational goals
- Prepare and present concise performance reports that track all core performance marketing metrics including revenue, traffic, ROAs, LTV, AOV, CTR, Conversion Rate, CPA and CAC
- Take ownership of the execution of a complete digital strategy, including management, performance and measurement of agencies and campaigns, creative, inventory management and web development, CRM, digital channel management and on-going optimisation of social media channels
- Develop data driven recommendations and actionable insights to continually improve the performance of all digital marketing channels
- Liaise with agency and partners during the creative briefing process
- Manage and maintain budgets and forecasts across digital marketing

YOU:

- Must have proven experience scaling across various digital channels
- Excellent communicator with the ability to present & articulate complex technical concepts into business language
- Ability to strike the right balance between long-term strategy & ad-hoc daily pivots, based on immediate business needs
- Excellent analytics and reporting skills including the use of API’s to generate data, Google Analytics, and GA4 experience
