Purpose of Role: As a Product Specialist - Wear Solutions at Weir, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer success and business growth by delivering engineered rubber solutions that maximise productivity and minimise operational costs. - This role will require regular travel to Kalgoorlie._

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets to drive revenue growth in line with strategic objectives- Plan and conduct sales calls for potential and existing customers within the Western territory to build strong, value-driven relationships- Identify and develop new opportunities in current and prospective accounts to expand market presence- Review customer specifications and develop complete technical and commercial proposals tailored to operational needs- Update CRM to accurately forecast pipeline and support effective sales planning and reporting- Operate as a fully functioning member of the Rubber Sales Team, contributing to cross-functional collaboration and business solutions- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
- Relevant industry experience in technical sales, ideally with Rubber products- Direct sales experience within industrial markets- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.- Proficiency in MS Office, SalesForce or CRM- Hold a current drivers license
