Purpose of Role: As a Product Specialist - Wear Solutions at Weir, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer success and business growth by delivering engineered rubber solutions that maximise productivity and minimise operational costs. You will build strong, value-driven relationships with customers, positioning Weir as their supplier of choice. Through strategic planning, continuous improvement, and close collaboration with internal teams, you will contribute to the execution of Weir’s strategic goals. Your commitment to safety, quality, and environmental responsibility will support our vision of zero harm, zero defects, and zero environmental incidents.
- This role will require regular travel to Kalgoorlie._

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets to drive revenue growth in line with strategic objectives- Plan and conduct sales calls for potential and existing customers within the Western territory to build strong, value-driven relationships- Identify and develop new opportunities in current and prospective accounts to expand market presence- Review customer specifications and develop complete technical and commercial proposals tailored to operational needs- Update CRM to accurately forecast pipeline and support effective sales planning and reporting- Operate as a fully functioning member of the Rubber Sales Team, contributing to cross-functional collaboration and business solutions- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
- Relevant industry experience in technical sales, ideally with Rubber products- Direct sales experience within industrial markets- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.- Proficiency in MS Office, SalesForce or CRM- Hold a current drivers license
