**About The Opportunity**
Our Australian team, based at Micromine HQ in the Perth CBD, are searching for a Product Specialist join them. In this role you will provide technical support and training for our data management solution, Micromine Geobank, whilst also assisting the Sales team with product demonstrations and pre-sales activity.
Reporting directly to the Principal Consultant (Micromine Geobank), your key responsibilities will include:

- Scoping, configuring, and deploying Micromine Geobank for clients.
- Conducting training with license holders and in-house staff (in-person and online).
- Ensuring enhancement requests, bugs, and development issues are raised and resolved.
- BETA testing new versions and products to check improved functionality.
- Supporting the Sales team during pre-sales demonstrations, trade shows, and other events.

**About You**
You will have a background within operational mining roles, including expertise with geological data management.
Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:

- A tertiary qualification in the earth sciences or engineering.
- Database design and modelling experience.
- Well-versed in importing data into / from databases.
