We are currently looking to recruit a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Specialist (ideally based in Perth) to support the Product Manager in designing, developing and implementing robust and measurable product marketing communications and campaigns.

**What does the role involve?**

As our first Product Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving and implementing our go-to-market strategy—working on product positioning, messaging, sales enablement, and building ongoing demand for products within the Komo portfolio. You will be experienced in delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns using the full marketing mix; have experience of the full campaign process (planning, briefing, developing, executing and measuring) and possess strong organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.

You’ll spend a lot of time helping our current and potential customers to better understand how our products can solve their problems, so we’re looking for a confident and competent communicator and storyteller.

The successful role holder will work closely with our key stakeholders, increasing brand and product visibility within the company and maximising joint opportunities that support our growth plans and sales goals. In addition, the role holder will develop and execute marketing activities for our product externally, working to increase brand awareness and sales; inform and train our customers and our staff.

You’ll strive to deliver exceptional customer service and meet customers’ expectations, whilst consulting with key stakeholders to shape ideas and initiatives in line with business objectives, communicating regularly with the branch network to understand and improve engagement with campaigns.
- Product Marketing experience, ideally within the Tech/SaaS industry or similar
- An understanding of business strategy and an ability to translate this into compelling messaging, marketing tactics and storytelling that helps our customers get excited about Komo
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,with the credibility to influence key stakeholders at all levels both internally and externally
- The ability to collaborate and engage with Customers
- Strong Presentation and Analytical skills, with excellent copywriting abilities and strong project management skills
- Experience using Design Software is preferable
- The ability to work as part of a team but a confident self-starter with exceptional attention to detail
- Flexibility, adaptability and receptive to new ideas with excellent time management and organisational skills
