The Role:

Our client is seeking an experienced Audiologist/Audiometrist to join their team as a Product & Account Specialist. This is a unique opportunity to combine clinical expertise with commercial impact, supporting and growing an innovative hearing device portfolio.

Based in Perth, you will cover all of Western Australia building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Travel is required, so a current driver’s license is essential.

As a Product Specialist, you will:

- Build and maintain strong clinical and commercial relationships with existing and new accounts in your territory, identifying and resolving customer needs to drive long‑term growth

- Develop and implement account plans to enhance performance and achieve business objectives

- Present and sell company products and services, delivering expert audiological, product, and technical support

- Maintain in‑depth knowledge of product ranges, software packages, and competitive market trends to advise clients effectively

- Prepare quotes, proposals, and negotiate agreements with customers while serving as the key point of communication between clients and internal teams

- Deliver client training, including product, sales, and audiology sessions, as well as presentations at group sessions, events, seminars, and conferences

- Collaborate with internal teams, including Account Managers and Customer Care, to provide a seamless client experience and technical support

- Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders

- Assist with any other reasonable duties as required to support the team and the business

About You:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Audiology or Audiometry, with solid clinical knowledge

- Commercial experience or understanding of business operations would be advantageous

- Confident presenter, able to engage and influence clients and large groups

- Strong commercial focus with proven ability to drive results and build long‑term customer relationships

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams

- Highly organised, with strong planning, diary management, and attention to detail

- Skilled in problem‑solving, conceptual thinking, and technical product knowledge

- Awareness of market trends and competitor activity, with the ability to adapt and innovate

- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software

- Flexible, driven, and able to coach or support others while facilitating teamwork

- Holds a current driver’s license and willing to travel across WA and Sydney for meetings and events

- Additional tertiary qualifications are a plus
