**Our Client**
Sat firmly within the medical sector, this market leading organisation is currently seeking a HR Manager to join their organisation and lead the HR function. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a senior generalist to work within a friendly and supportive team of industry experts.

**Description**
Reporting to the C-Suite, your duties will Include, but not limited to;
- Performance management and disciplinary matters
- Generalist guidance and support to all internal departments and stakeholders
- Review, maintain and update internal policies and procedures
- Support the in-house counsel with IR policy updates, agreement amendments, negotiations and internal guidance
- Tribunal attendance when required
- Support recruitment activities from time to time
- Develop and maintain relationships with all key stakeholders
- Interpret all relevant modern awards, enterprise agreements, legislation and regulations

**Profile**
As an ideal applicant, you will have;
- Tertiary qualified, ideally within Human Resources
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability
- Prior HR Management experience, ideally within the health or public sector
- Proven transactional HR Generalist experience and interest
- Accurate awareness and understanding of Australian legislation and regulations
- Solid Employee Relations experience and understanding
