Permanent HR Manager opportunity

**Your new role**

This is an exciting opportunity for a HR Manager to join a not-for-profit based in Perth CBD. You'll be responsible for working closely with the Senior Leaders in the business to support and help develop and implement the HR strategy. You'll be able to deliver professional HR expertise and develop HR projects. You'll be responsible driving continuous assessment and improvement of HR practices and partnering with the leaders in the business on anything related to workforce planning, employee engagement, compensation & remuneration analysis.

You'll act as first point of contact for all HR matters and will be responsible for all areas of recruitment. You'll assist in development and update of policies and procedures as well as providing advice on employee relations matters, performance appraisals, learning and development and workplace wellbeing initiatives.

**What you'll need to succeed**

In order to be successful for this opportunity, ideally you will hold relevant HR qualifications and have experience in working within a similar role. You'll have experience of advising management and staff on employee relations, modern awards and policies and procedures. You'll have sound knowledge in recruitment, employee engagement and learning and development strategies. It is essential that you have strong understanding of Australian Employment Law and are up-to-date with various legislations.
