**Your new role**:
Your new role is to develop and execute a full-spectrum HR function throughout organisation. You will be leading a team providing frontline generalist HR advice and support to all levels of the workforce.

Duties include:
Lead the People & Culture team in providing effective, consistent, and timely delivery of services to support the organisation across the full HR spectrum which include:

- Recruitment and selection
- Commencement and induction
- Learning and development
- Remuneration and benefits
- Performance management

You’ll also ensure the development, implementation and monitoring of HR related policies, procedures and protocols which are consistent with organisational objectives, statutory requirements, and contemporary HR management practices. You’ll remain abreast of trends and developments, which are relevant to both the HR profession and function. You will prepare and submit HR reports to the General Manager as required within established timeframes and provide high level support and advice to key internal stakeholders on HR related matters

**What you need to succeed**:
Ideally, you’ll have a relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management. You’ll have substantial background in HR management, preferably within the health, aged care, disability, or related sector. You’ll have demonstrated successful experience in facilitating the negotiation of collective agreements, both union and non-union and co-ordinating OSH and injury management processes.
