Opal Fibre Packaging Opal Fibre Packaging Australia provides a full service offering in corrugated cardboard box packaging from design and product testing through to supply chain integration. We have an exciting opportunity for a Purchasing Officer to join the team at our site in Scoresby.

The key focus of this role will be to:

- Oversee the administration of the Purchasing System (SAP Ariba) to assist in optimum plant performance.
- Purchasing & receipting of stock (including raw materials)
- Ensure critical spares are sourced and delivered on time
- Provide advice on store stock levels
- Booking deliveries in the system and assist in the stock put-away as required

For this role we would ideally like you to have:

- Experience in purchasing/ ordering via ERP systems (SAP would be very highly regarded)
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment would be viewed favourably
- A current LF Forklift license (or would be willing to obtain one)
- Experience in using Microsoft Suite programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to be agile and remain calm under pressure
- Ability to manage timelines
- Ability to communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders
