**The Company**

Our client is a global leader of comprehensive HVAC solutions, they have over 30 years of industry experience and are a leader in its field. Due to high demand, they require some purchasing support to help with their operations department.

**The Role**

Reporting to the GM of Manufacturing, you will be responsible for the following:

- Raising job orders based on work schedules for field staff.
- Purchasing of raw materials and fulfilling work orders
- Invoice processing, order distribution and operational reporting
- Action administrative tasks as required, such as raise purchase order request, assist with receipting, data entry and regularly reviewing stock inventory.

**Key Competencies**:

- Ability to work under constraints and pressure.
- Experience working with high volume of purchase & sales orders
- Must have a sense of urgency.
- Highly proficient in all Microsoft Applications and CRM Systems
- Capability to think laterally and make sound decisions autonomously.
