**Job Purpose**
- Serve as an important member of the purchasing/management team
- Cut down cost from procurement perspective
- Update pricing system/strategy
- Leading/manage warehouse logistic and stock
- Utilize and upgrade existing purchasing channel
- Report directly to General Manager. Warehouse Manager reports to you.

**Job Responsibility**
You will be responsible for but not limited to:

- Costing/purchasing of ships’ parts, services and other needs;
- Ensuring goods are delivered on time and within delivery schedules;
- Identification of new suppliers and development of relationships with them;
- Inventory control and stock take;
- Managing and processing claims to/from suppliers including returning goods;
- Authorize suppliers’ invoices after goods receipt and invoicing matching;
- Monitoring and updating data in the company’s purchasing system;
- Daily and weekly reporting & General administration support.

**Job Requirements**:
1) Minimum 1 year experience in an office environment, preferably relevant with purchasing;
2) Excellent written and spoken skills in English;
3) Intermediate in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel etc );
4) Ability to speak a second language highly regarded.
