**Qualifications**
- Strong customer service focus with the ability to converse with both end-users and IT employees at all levels of the organisation.
- Good understanding of all aspects of the systems / software development life cycle.
- An appreciation of both IT and business strategy.
- Proactive in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Experience working with remote management tools.
- Experience with IT ticketing and documentation systems.
- Experience with SLA implementation.
- Experience with user help documentation and end user help.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, including great presentations.
- Build excellent relationships with key internal customers based on trust and confidence.
