**The Opportunity**

We are currently looking for an Application Support Analyst on a full-time permanent basis located at our Perth Airport-based Head Office.

**The Role**

The key duties and responsibilities are;
- Ensuring ITSM processes are adhered to
- Accountable for the management of Operational Stream Problems
- Conducting root cause analysis and working with development team or vendor to prevent issues from recurring
- Providing accurate incident resolution and service request management within established service levels

**About You**

To be successful in this role we need you to have
- Relevant degree in Technology
- Experience in similar role with a minimum of 5 years experience
- Current Driver's Licence
