The RMH Community Engagement and Patient Experience team is growing. The team has recently been established as a Directorate, with increased focus on consumer partnership as a key driver of improved care and services. This new role is part of our commitment to recruit and fully engage consumers, to facilitate effective partnerships, and to measure the effectiveness of engagement. The role is essential for effective co-design and co-production of health services.

**Your new role**:

- Key member of the Community Engagement and Patient Experience team, engaging and supporting consumers, and helping to educate staff about best practice engagement.
- Key role for operational aspects of consumer engagement, including recruitment, orientation, allocation, and education of consumers.
- Supporting RMH National Standard leads and service managers to effectively implement engagement and partnerships, and to evaluate this work.
